How does medication management work over telehealth?
Medication management is an ongoing, collaborative process, not a one-time transaction:
- Comprehensive initial evaluation. Dr. Lee reviews your history, current symptoms, past treatments, medical background, and goals, and — together with you — decides whether medication is appropriate and, if so, which one to start.
- A shared decision. Choosing a medication weighs your history, other conditions, side-effect priorities, and what you’ve tried before. No specific outcome is guaranteed, and finding the right medication and dose is usually an iterative process.
