Luminous Vitality Behavioral Health (“LVBH,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information this website collects and how it is used. It applies to luminousvitalitybh.com only — it is not the Notice of Privacy Practices that governs protected health information (PHI) for patients, which is provided separately through our patient portal.

What this website collects

• Information you submit. If you use our contact form or email us, we receive the name, contact details, and message you choose to send. Please do not include detailed clinical information in a website form or unencrypted email; clinical communication belongs in the secure patient portal.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, device and general location derived from IP). We configure analytics to exclude health information: no form contents, no appointment details, and no information about conditions is sent to analytics.
• Cookies. The site uses cookies for analytics and basic site function. A cookie banner informs you about this use when you first visit.
• Spam protection. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and interaction data to distinguish humans from bots, subject to Google’s privacy policy and terms.

What this website does not do

Scheduling and the patient portal

Appointment scheduling and patient communication run through CharmHealth, our HIPAA-covered electronic health record and portal, under a business associate agreement. Information you enter there is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not this website policy.

How we use information

Information submitted through the site is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and operate and improve the website. We retain website inquiries only as long as needed for these purposes or as law requires.

Sharing

We share website information only with service providers that operate the site and its tools (hosting, analytics, form processing, scheduling), and where required by law. Service providers may process data only for the services they provide to us.

Your choices

You can use your browser’s settings or tracking protections to block or delete cookies, contact us without forms by calling 617-841-3620, and ask us to delete a website inquiry by emailing director@luminousvitalitybh.com.
